Our Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge.
Alternatively a full refund, less a $350 service charge (including GST) will be made for cancellations received in writing up to 21 days prior to the event.
Regrettably no refunds can be made for cancellations less than 21 days prior to the event.
Employee Relations Strategies Pty Ltd / EnterpriseBargaining.com.au takes due care and diligence in providing training courses. However, given circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change or cancel any training programme with 14 days notice. Where cancelled, we will offer alternative training dates, or provide a full refund if you prefer.
